Shanghai Bao-Neng Lightweight Materials Company Limited is a private enterprise, which specializes in production of expanded perlite serial products. It passed the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification, which was judged by BVQI in 2003. BN (AG) type perlite filter aid produced by the Subordinate Zhejiang Anji Perlite Perlite Aid Plant obtained the Food Hygiene Licence in Zhejiang Province(No.93013) and Food Hygiene Index Identification Licence in Zhejiang Province ( No.146 in 1993). The company possesses two product lines of expanded perlite. The processing equipments adopt DCS (DISTRIBUTE CONTROL SYSTEM) system and use the TPS system to control the process of the whole equipment, and integrate the operation and the information of the plant. Among others, the product line of the expanded perlite, fueled by the coal gas, is the unique one which can produce type 40 expanded perlite in China. It produces the raw materials of the perlite filter aid exclusively. The quality of the expanded perlite is the major factor which affects the perlite filter aid. Since the quality of expanded perlite is stable, and the intensity of the article is rigid, they guarantee the product quality of BN (AG) type perlite filer aid. The major purposes of the perlite filer aid are water, oil, alcohol, pharmacy, blood plasma, food and barm. The perlite filer aid has been stipulated as the food additive by the government and has been broadly adopted home and abroad. Especially for the processing filtering technics of brewage, monosodium glutamate, dextrose, beverage, fructose, syrup, ratafee, common salt, wheat amylum, corn sirup, vegetable oil, mineral water, oil paint, petroleum, chemical industry, weave industry and chemical medicine, it is the ideal and credible aid. It has characteristics of fast filtering, large quantity and easy operation. It has no effect on the quality of the product, and it consumes little quantity during the process ( the packing density is 20% lighter than the one of diatomite). Besides, it is low cost, suitable for many kinds of filer equipment and has great effects. The use method is absolute the same as the diatomite. When it is used as the filter for brewage, beverage and syrup, it has no effect on the product flavor. The filering of the product has been developed to the gas filtering, separation of solid and liquid, separation of solid and gas, and separation of solid, liquid and gas. It has been broadly applied in the field of environment protection, and has continuously developed and innovated in other fields.
